Are you a PPI Expert? Do you have experience of delivering PPI training/coaching?
Our client, a large financial services organisation, is looking to recruit a Consultant to deliver training and coaching to PPI Claims Handlers in their business.
In order to be considered for this role you will have;
- Recently delivered PPI training, covering both Review and Redress
- Experience of delivering 1-2-1 coaching, group training and floorwalking
- Experience of delivering training to new starters as well as refresher training
- Experience of delivering training that covers not only process, skills and system training but policy and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to facilitate a wide range of sessions to varying group sizes with different levels of experience
