My Blue Chip Financial Services client is looking for experienced team leaders to manage a team of agents, who undertake a range of PPI MIS-selling complaints resolution and servicing activities. You will need previous Team Leader experience within Financial Services and ideally a complaints background. You must have strong communication and organisational ability as well as working to tight deadlines and KPIs. My client operate a shift system 7-3 or 3-11.
