PPI PROJECT MANAGER - (PPI/CALL CENTRE/OPERATIONAL COMPLAINTS/FINANCIAL SERVICES) - UP TO £450.00 PER DAY - NORTHAMPTON - 3 MONTHS

My global financial services client has a requirement for a PPI Project Manager to support the PPI Customer Transformation programme. The role will require an understanding of the key processes across the business and within the contact centres, a regulatory lens, the ability to influence people in the business to deliver without positional power. This is a role that requires the ability to grasp and articulate a lengthy and complex end-to-end process and to have an eye for detail as well as challenge.

ESSENTIAL
PPI Operations or regulatory experience
Project experience - covering business, operations and technology
Regulatory and policy initiatives
Call centre and operational complaints processes
Customer data understanding of data protection and data privacy
Strong stakeholder and Matrix management
Full life cycle delivery - including business case and mobilisation
Commercially driven projects and benefits realisation
Direct customer contact campaigns
Mixed onshore/offshore environments
Strong stakeholder and Matrix management
Experience of working in different environments
