I have a great opportunity for an experienced PPI Project Manager for a 3 month contract position based in Canary Wharf for a top tier bank.
You will be responsible for supporting the PPI Customer Transformation Programme and you will need an understanding of the key processes across the business and within the contact centres and have the ability to to influence people in the business to deliver.
You will be:
- Responsible for overssing workstreams as required by the programme
- Establish Stakeholder relationships, Governance and reporting
- Ensuring delivery to agreed timescales
- You will need previous PPI/Regulatory experience
- Project management within Banking
