PPI OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced PPI Operations Manager on a contract basis for our client, a leading financial services organisation.

You will be part of a large remediation programme and have responsibility for running the operation and managing a team of c50.

In order to be considered for the role you must have the following experience;

- A solid background in Operations roles within Financial Services
- Demonstrable experience of managing PPI Complaint Handling operations
- Knowledge of the FCA and relevant regulatory processes and procedures
- Previous line management and Matrix management experience - this is a very hands on management role where you will need people to drive performance and standards

THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE YOU TO WORK NIGHT SHIFTS FROM 19:00 UNTIL 07:00 3 DAYS PER WEEK, THE RATE IS UP TO £600.00 PER SHIFT.

START - IMMEDIATELY/ASAP

LOCATION - GLASGOW

DURATION - UNTIL THE END OF 2015 INITIALLY

RATE - UP TO £600 FOR A 12 HOURS 'SHIFT'
