PPI Operations Manager

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced PPI OPERATIONS MANAGER on a contract basis for our client, a leading consultancy.

You will be part of a large remediation programme and will have responsibility for running the operation and managing a team (c50)

In order to be considered for the role you must have the following experience;

- A solid demonstrable background in Operations roles within Financial Services
- Demonstrable experience of managing a PPI Complaint Handling operation
- Knowledge of the FCA and relevant regulatory processes and procedures
- Previous line management and Matrix management experience - this is a very hands on management role where they need people to drive performance and standards

THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE YOU TO WORK NIGHT SHIFTS FROM 19:00 UNTIL 07:00 3 DAYS PER WEEK, THE RATE IS UP TO £700.00 PER SHIFT.
