PPI Finance Controller

PPI - Finance Controller:

A finance controller is required for a highly established bank to work on a PPI project.

Job specification:

- The role will include but not be limited to the preparation of management accounts, annual financial statements, quarterly FSA and VAT returns, PAYE reporting, the monitoring of capital adequacy, preparation of budgets and other forecasting as well as management of the bought ledger and cash management.
- The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with broad experience from an SME financial services firm.
- Due to the breadth of the role that is being recruited for it is important that applicants are prepared to be hands on with regards to the day to day accounting as well as being accomplished and experienced enough to manage the financial reporting and value add parts of the role.
- Must have banking and/or finance sector experience
