As a PPI Complaint/Case Handler, you should have at least 18 months experience in a similar role.
Essentials Skills
Must have worked end to end on complaints
Desirable Skills
Any experience on working on Credit Card complaints or Regulatory complaints is preferred.
PPI experience would also be great but not essential.
It would be preferable if you have previous retail experience, and your CV must demonstrate your experience in most of the areas listed above.
