PPI Case Handler

My financial services client based in Bristol is looking for a PPI Case Handler to join their team. The role will be working the afternoon shift pattern 1-10pm Mon-Fri.

Your role will be to investigate the sale of PPI policies, to see if customers were aware of the insurance terms and conditions and to assess whether it was a suitable product.

You will be responsible for taking the initial complaint from the bank's customer, investigating the case to completion and communicating the findings to the customer.

Person Specification:

The successful candidates must have experience of investigating complaints from Cradle to grave in financial services/banking/insurance.

The application process for this role involves a pre-screening and a final assessment day with the client. You must be flexible to attend this as required (week commencing 30th October)
