PPI Business Design Architect

PPI BUSINESS DESIGN ARCHITECT - (PPI/COMPLAINTS/CHANGE/FINANCIAL SERVICES) - UP TO £500.00 PER DAY - NORTHAMPTON - 3 MONTHS

My global financial services client has an urgent requirement for a Business Design Architect to work on a PPI programme that has a wide range of change initiatives covering end to end complaints life cycle. The role will span multiple areas from logging, making a decision (whether or not to uphold a complaint) through to the calculation and payment of any redress due to the customers. Knowledge of PPI is useful but not essential, the main pieces of work are around detailed process re-engineering and gathering requirements for the development of software applications.

You will be expected to manage other Business Analysts (teams of 2-10) and have oversight of their deliverable and performance. They will also be responsible for ensuring that overall programme design aims and standards are adhered to ie where the analysts are producing subsets of a larger design the lead will need to make sure that they fit within a coherent whole.

Creating designs and solutions will be a key part of this role, a degree of innovation and imagination will be crucial. An ability to clearly and simply articulate complex concepts to the PPI leadership team.
