PPI Business/Design Analyst

PPI BUSINESS/DESIGN ANALYST/CONTRACT/400 - 450 PD

My Client, a leading financial services organisation, is looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST to join their Change Team.

In this role you will be investigating existing business processes, DOCUMENT 'AS IS' AND WORK WITH THE BUSINESS TO DEFINE 'TO BE' MODEL. You will be involved in designing, planning and then managing business change within the PPI programme. Some responsibilities will be to producing Business Case and Impact Assessement during the design phase and implement nw business change processes, systems, products and services on the project.

For this role you must have solid experience in a BUSINESS ANALYSIS ROLE and able to engage with business-side clients. You will need demonstrable experience of PROCESS REDESIGN including the assessment of the impact on systems, people, regulation and MI.

Experience of PPI COMPLAINTS and knowledge of CLAIMS MANAGEMENT HANDLING is needed.
