My client, a successful debt solutions company, are currently recruiting for a number of PPI advisors to join their team on a contract basis in their Edinburgh City Centre office. This is an initial 6 month contract but likely to extend due to high workload.

This role sits within a busy office team dealing with large quantities of PPI claims. They are looking for bright, self motivated individuals that can pick up processes quickly and have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Role Responsibilities include:

- Logging mail and updating the system as appropriate
- Reviewing and searching for documentation on existing files
- Data input and review- good attention to detail when dealing with all correspondence
- Inbound and outbound phone calls on PPI Complaint handling - following Financial Ombudsman Rules & Regulations
- Meeting exacting targets
- Identifying common issues - highlighting to PPI team Leader/Risk and Compliance Manager
- Full understanding and implementation of Treating Customers

Previous PPI experience is not essential but desirable. A background in customer services or complaints is essential.
