About the person;
Proven experience of specifying production software to Automotive suppliers
Proven experience managing suppliers
Good understanding of modern gasoline engine technology and components
Experienced user of Matlab/Simulink
Experience of automotive software development processes and MIL/SIL/HiL testing
Understanding of automotive sensor/actuator requirements and specifications.
Ability to support supplier meetings in the U.K/Europe
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and validate software feature specification models in Simulink
Document software requirements for communication with EMS supplier
Work closely with supplier to manage the software development process
Confirm software implementation on HiL/Testbed.
This is a 6 month role that is looking to relocate to Birmingham in late 2015 paying up to £40p/h depending on experience
