Powertrain NVH Engineer required who has good NVH analysis, ideally within the automotive industry for a long-term contract position with a major automotive manufacturer.
- Proven track record in NVH analysis within Powertrain systems - Exhaust, Transmission & Driveline in particular
- Construction of Finite Element models in Nastran and/or Abaqus from CAD geometry
- Performing modal and forced response analysis specific to T&D applications
- Previous use of HYPERWORKS for pre and post processing
- Previous use of NASTRAN and ABAQUS solvers for NVH analysis
- BSc/MSc Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline
