Definition of Services to be provided

The Supplier is responsible for:

Engineering of an Informatica PowerCenter (AIX-BFF) Package containing the PowerCenter Server Software and a fully automated PowerCenter Repository Upgrade Procedure, according to the specifications of Client.

Testing the installation of the package and the upgrade of the repository together with the PowerCenter Operations (GTIS) and Users (APR/CRC)

Supporting Operations during installation of the package and upgrade of the repository in production.

Supervise the stability of the PowerCenter software after production upgrade for a specific time as defined by Client.

Documenting the Design and the Installation Instructions of the package.

Operating Systems:

- Perl, Korn Shell, SQL

Web Application Server:

- Tomcat

Packaging Tools:

- AIX Packaging (installp)

Datawarehouse ETL tools:

- Informatica 10.1 o Administration Console,

PowerCenter Repository Manager,

PowerCenter Workflow Manager,

PowerCenter Workflow Monitor,

[PowerCenter Designer]
