Powerbuilder Programmer/Analyst

We are seeking Powerbuilder Software Engineer for 3 month contract role in Charlotte, NC.

The position of Senior Software Engineer requires 6+ years' experience developing PowerBuilder applications. This position will assist in the full life cycle of application development and maintenance/enhancements. You will actively participate in design discussions, and contribute in decision making. You must have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years' experience in software engineering and/or software architecture

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- 3+ years' experience with PowerBuilder development.
- 3+ years of experience with Financial Systems (preferably Payroll or Accounts Payable)
- Knowledge of PowerBuilder 11.5/12.x Classic/.NET
- Knowledge of Object Oriented concepts
- Experience with relational database design and modelling and SQL/DML.
- Able to diagnose and resolve software problems in a timely manner
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Additional experiences with Microsoft technologies a plus: C#/VB.NET, WPF, and WCF.
