Powerbuilder Developer - Initial 3 Month Contract + Extensions - Brisb

- Large Organisation - Initial 3 month contract position plus extensions
- PowerBuilder version 11.5 or above
- Oracle, Ingres or Sybase Adaptive Server Anywhere

Currently there is an exciting new contracting position available for a POWERBUILDER developer to analyse, design and develop enhancements to existing applications.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with this large organisation (based in Brisbane CBD), initially a 3 month contract with possible extensions.

YOU NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE FOR THE POSITION :

- Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in software development undertaking PowerBuilder and relational databases
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience with PowerBuilder version 11.5 or above, and SQL Databases such as Oracle, Ingres or Sybase Adaptive Server Anywhere

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

- Knowledge of PowerBuilder Foundation Class Library would be an advantage
- Experience in software development and support of Powerbuilder systems
- Experience with Sybase Adaptive Server Anywhere databases ability to easily understand and utilise our other database platforms such as Ingres and Oracle.
