Power Electronics Engineer - HVDC, Matlab, high Power

Power Electronics Engineer - Power electronics, Hvdc, Matlab, Simulink, control systems, converters required for a 3 - 6 month contract based in the West Midlands.

You will be an experienced control engineer and will be designing innovative mechanisms for DC filtering, AC power quality and chain link capacitor balancing, you will have worked on modular multi level convertors for Hvdc applications. You will also have experience in developing control strategies for novel power converters preferably high voltage.

Key skills - design and development of power electronic converters and/or their control systems.
