Power Electronics Engineer

I am currently seeking a Power Electronics engineer to work for a leading automotive client of mine based in Surrey. Salary is paying up to £45,000 for the right individual.

You will be working for a growing Automotive Research company with their own electric / hybrid power train technology and solutions for all related aspects of road / rail vehicles.

They are currently delivering systems to multiple car manufacturers whilst working on their own future vehicles.

The need has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Power Electronics engineer to join their organisation. This opportunity is for someone who is able and willing to grow into a team leader / management role.

You should have a proven track record in at least one large successful project from start to finish.

In addition to this the ideal candidate should have experience within a number of the following areas:

Power Electronics, Mosfet, IGBT, gate drive, Transformer, Thermal management, Switch mode, resonant, current measurement, converter, power supply, charger, DC/DC, motor drive, full bridge, half bridge, buck, boost, high voltage, high current, inverter, digital switching, isolation, standards, automotive, level shifting.

Any experience within the Automotive industry would be highly desirable but isn't essential.
