My NATO client is looking for the following consultant:-
Create postGIS extension on the LOGFAS PostgreSQL database
b) Modify the LOGFAS installation project to include postGIS
c) Migrate existing transportation network data into format that can be used by postGIS
d) Migrate the existing shortest path algorithms from C++ and C# (two different implementations) to a single implementation in postGIS
e) Convert existing map data from binary format into postGIS
f) Implement code to draw maps in LOGFAS based
Based in NATO Mons.
90 days _+ extensions (long term)
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
