A postdoctoral position is available in the Department of Hematology at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (Memphis, Tennessee, USA) to investigate the molecular mechanisms of novel genes identified in a functional screen to regulate the in vivo repopulating potential of hematopoietic stem cells. The successful candidate will employ mouse genetics, ex vivo cell culture, flow cytometry, and molecular biology to dissect the mechanisms employed by these candidate genes to influence HSC biology.
