- Applicant needs to have at least 2 years of experience with POS deployment and or support of POS Systems.
- Support tech needed to support Software upgrades, Tech will also be troubleshooting software issues that may occur during the upgrade.
- Tech will need to be able read installation and Debout logs to diagnose install issues.
- Applicant will need to have experience with Windows 7 OS, Microsoft Access, and Remote Desktop.
