POS Java Developer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a POS JAVA DEVELOPER to join our client in Irving, TX.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing detailed design documentation of custom enhancements
- Developing and unit testing custom code extensions to the base software stack mainly in Java and XML
- Provide estimates for designing, coding, and unit testing custom software enhancements
- Work closely with QA testers on the team to ensure accuracy and completeness of test cases.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or comparable.
- Four (4) total years of professional software development experience
- Three to four (3-4) years of professional software development experience using Java
- Experience working on POS, payments, or retail systems
- At least two (2) years of Micros XStore POS experience required
