Portfoliomanager/Quant Analyst

For an international Commodity Trading House I'm currently looking for a

Senior Portfoliomanager Gas

Requirements:

- Min 5 years experience in Portfolio Management Gas
- University degree (BAC+5) in engineering, economics, mathematics or finance
- Modelisation and simulation know how
- Fluent in English or German
- Good team spirit and strong interpersonal skills, team player
- Capable of working with rigour and precision and able to meet deadlines and priorities
- Ability to work in multifunctional and multinational teams
- Sense of discretion and confidentiality
- Flexibility and availability, willingness to relocate

Skills:

- good understanding of macroeconomics and the market drivers with impact on gas/commodities markets
- actively develop portfolio planning & optimisation long and medium-term and hedging activities to exploit market opportunities and enhance portfolio returns
- support in the pricing and shaping of forward curves initiate execution of standard and structured trades in the market via Supply & Trading departments
