PORTFOLIO RISK MANAGEMENT

Develop, implement and maintain the Credit portfolio risk strategies for new business and customer management.
identify and action key measures for optimisation, to drive changes to credit risk strategies and consequently, to drive loss rate optimisation of high risk segments, the elimination of toxic cells, whilst maximising returns within risk appetite limits
Critically evaluate the current and future credit risk of the portfolio, in the context of our peers, including risk profile, impairments and Risk Weighted Assets and to deliver ongoing portfolio management activity by driving the corrective actions required to limit our exposure to emerging risks.
provide in a timely manner, efficient and effective insight into the portfolio performance, including stress tests where appropriate, via a combination of regular reporting, ad hoc analysis and stakeholder briefings
Responsible for the provision of insightful and timely briefings to assist senior management in understanding the impact on the retail portfolios of key credit risks.
Assist in developing and implementing a framework for portfolio segment evaluation to support decision making around growth, hold and shrink strategies, in the context of the UK PBB strategy and in conjunction with PBB Products.

What we need from you;
* Extensive experience of portfolio risk analytics
* Knowledge of SAS and SQL
* Mortgage related product knowledge
* Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
