Portfolio/Programme Support

We are currently looking to recruit a Portfolio/Programme Support, as part of our continued growth Department

The Portfolio Support will be working within our clients Programme Team, who are responsible for delivery of projects that drive business improvements through business process re-engineering and technical tool delivery.PLM programme is a transformational project focused on introducing a step change in business efficiency for the product creation process within our client its suppliers and International Operations.

PLM programme as we mature the solution through future waves. PLM enterprise. It will also involve a close relationship with the team deploying the first wave of transformation in this space. Product and Feature Information Portfolio Management is responsible for Feature Management through the clients Enterprise, and for managing the next generation of Bill of Material (BoM) to client; the full benefit of this activity can only be realised through optimization of business processes where Parts and Features are consumed. You will also need to build on existing process improvement objectives and ensuring we have optimised transition and support of robust decision making at each future Gateway.

Key Responsibilities

- Support BIP Business Improvement initiatives through the i-PLM programme.
- Act as an iPLM Single Point of contact for a Business Function
- Support Programme Launch Team for Wave 1
- Manage 'current' and 'future state' process development and documentation
- Coordinate business change activities within the BIP portfolio
- Stakeholder engagement to ensure the customer requirements are appropriately met.
- Manage delivery of project artefacts to support agreed BIP business change projects and meet SIPPE gateway
- Manage the reporting of status of the business change project.
- Work within the i-PLM team to develop the specific changes required in support of business demands.
- Escalate misalignment or conflict between stakeholders.
- Maintain robust communication with all stakeholders and the BIP team
- Work closely with technical and wave 1 team to ensure that as new technologies are introduced it is with minimal disruption to the business, driving maximum efficiencies from the business.
- Have determination to get the job done, being self-motivated and able to deliver with minimum supervision

The Person

- Highly driven individual with proven Project Management skills.
- Proven networking capability
- A motivated self-starter capable of making decisions in the best interests of the business and the BIP customers.
- Understanding of the SIPPE project process is an advantage but not essential (Training will be provided where necessary)
- Able to demonstrate the capability to deliver complex, cross functional solutions.
