*Strong Programme Manager with a Technical background and degree
*Extensive CIS and ISR background
*Prior Experience and strong understanding of NATO and the internal processes
*Ability to work autonomously
*Excellent Writing Skills (English)
*Excellent Oral skills (English)
*Knowledge of the NATO AGS and Bi-SC AIS and their programmatic structure and implementation processes.
*Knowledge of NATO acquisition policy and procurement procedures
*Experience with NATO Investment Committee and their supporting staff,
*Experience with NATO contracting and contract administration procedures
*Willing to commit for 3 years
Candidates with a current security clearance are strongly encouraged to apply
