Portfolio Negotiator (Real Estate, Property)

PORTFOLIO NEGOTIATOR (LAND, PROPERTY, REAL ESTATE) - CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY - CENTRAL BERKSHIRE

Project People are currently recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing company who are responsible for managing land and property across the UK for a Portfolio Negotiator.

As Portfolio Negotiator you will be responsible for "owning" the relationship with a series of site providers and lead negotiations of new agreements.

Ideally coming from a similar background/organisation with a large estate/site portfolio, you will be responsible for:

* Develop the strategy and timeframes

* Be the principal point of contact throughout negotiations - bringing them to a successful closure

* Report to leadership team on status during negotiation

* Manage handover to delivery team
