Training

Create and update EPPM training documentation for TO (Technical Operations)
Organize and manage EPPM formal training for TO
Provide functional support to TO EPPM community.

Portfolio managers
Regularly meet with portfolio managers for TO .
Ensure an adequate and frequent training for their role
Make them able to support their users as first line contact (bugs, misusage, mistakes & new requirements & questions)

Improvements
Collect user requirements for governance, process and tools correction and/or improvement (from users, from portfolio managers, from management)
Be the interface between the TO user community, TO portfolio managers, the EPPM core team and the IT support
Ensure follow-up and resolutions of issues and open tickets
Follow-up
Create and generate reports and KPIs for the follow-up of the project health and compliance to TO governance
Perform project quality checks as portfolio manager for TO (including CMC).
Chase low performers and ensure their adequate training
Perform the assessment of TO departments and provides training and changes necessary to increase their level and decrease the gaps.

Others
Act as backup for TO portfolio core team representative for CAB, tests and releases.
Prepare specification for new requirements
Prepares test scripts and validates development
Participate to test and releases
Participate in release description and testing.

Skills and requirements:
Good knowledge of the EPPM system (Enterprise Portfolio and project management)
Ability to correct and/or participate in the development of the tool
Good knowledge of project management theory
Good knowledge of change management in IT
Good communicator and listener (international environment)
Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical or chemistry activities
The candidate will be the interface between IT, EPPM core team, portfolio managers and users.
Language skills: Fluent in French and English
