- CIS and ISR background
- Knowledge of international organisation acquisition policy and procurement procedures
- Familiar with Capability Package (CP) Process
- Ability to write well documented diplomatic type correspondences
- Experience in a multinational defence environment
- Experience in planning, design, system engineering and site implementation of military or other joint ISR systems.
