Portfolio Management Consultant - Top Secret

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a TOP SECRET CLEARED PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT to join our client in Herndon, Virginia.

POSSESSION OF A DOD SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide onsite support for the configuration and deployment of Oracle's Portfolio Management Tool.
- Support development of reports, forms and dashboards.
- Support development of workflows.
- Support creation of roles and setup role specific security.
- Provide support and guidance for user and system testing.
- Provide guidance on portfolio automation.
- Support documentation of all software changes and include process flow diagrams where workflows are created.
- Design and configuration of forms, reports and dashboards, process automation, documentation, role creation, testing and deployment support.
- Provide guidance and support to the Sponsor team regarding portfolio automation methodologies and the tools capabilities.
- Provide ad hoc support to briefings and reports as required by the COTR.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- MINIMUM TS CLEARANCE, TS/SCI IS STRONGLY PREFERRED.
- Expertise in the utilization and administration of Oracle's Portfolio Management tool.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
