Portfolio Compliance Analyst/Associate - Contract - City of London - 3 months - URGENT

Hudson Banking Portfolio Management, Legal & Compliance, and Corporate Governance. The particular role will be focused on supporting the firms monitoring and reporting obligations with respect to the EU Short Selling regulation.

Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and reporting short holdings that have reached prescribed thresholds
Identifying short holdings that are approaching prescribed pre-approval thresholds
Making necessary disclosures in an accurate and timely manner

Skills
Exposure to a range of business groups and investment products across Blackrock globally
Daily interaction across with business groups including Portfolio Management, and Legal and Compliance
Exposure to EU Sort Selling regulations
