Portfolio Analyst - LBG - London - Up to £280pd

Our Client, an investment bank are currently looking for a Portfolio Analyst to work in their London Office, on a long-term contract basis.

The successful candidate's main duties will be:

* Governance & Reporting

Escalation of significant portfolio/release management issues to AMU Portfolio Manager for resolution
Maintain appropriate governance of release schedule
Creation of AMU Portfolio inputs for relevant governance forums
Providing updates regarding changes to the common portfolio and schedule to the AMU Portfolio Manager to be communicated to the Client
Maintaining relevant reporting and control documents in relation to the change portfolio

* Monitoring & Control

Collation and monitoring of the Common Portfolio of change to be shared with the Client
Collation of queries against the Common Portfolio from Clients and AMU Relationship Managers
Maintain and Update a rolling portfolio view of the Clients allowable change
Maintain action logs which monitor the progress of Impact Assessments

*Planning

Providing support to the portfolio consultation process, ensuring that the views of the Client are included in the Portfolio Planning process

*Stakeholder Management

Analysis of data on the Common Portfolio and Liaison with Portfolio team to ensure data is accurate and current

*Internal/External Relationships

Develop and maintain effective working and influencing relationships with appropriate colleagues

* Risk

Ensuring information confidentiality when portfolio information is shared with Client
Administering the Change Control process and Risk, Issues and Dependencies log

Essential Skills:

* Knowledge and experience of portfolio management, change lifecycle
* Good stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and work with, and influence key stakeholders
* Good oral and written communication
* Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources
