Portfolio Accountant

On behalf of our client, a leading global financial organisation, we are currently looking for a Portfolio Accountant for a long term contract role in Zurich.

- Management of Global Custody Mandates
- Management and exposure to securities, cash positions, derivatives etc
- Interface between portfolio management and global custodian teams
- Responsibility over Corporate Actions processes (dividends, splits etc)
- Trouble-shooting together with Investment Accounting, Portfolio Management, data management teams and market data providers
- Operational set up of new customers
- Management of in-house fond

Requirements

- 2-5 years Accounting and/or Global Custody background
- Good knowledge of Securities
- Banking Operations experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Can do attitude
- Team player
- Microsoft Office
- English language must be fluent with German a 'nice to have'
