Portal Administrator (Supply Chain) Job

PORTAL ADMINISTRATOR (SUPPLY CHAIN) needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in CHARLOTTE, NC

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Strong customer service background and some technical background
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
- Strong customer focus
- Experience with data mapping/data de-duplication tools

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Assist with generating daily reports on metrics for the Supplier Portal
- Process new registration requests
- Troubleshoot registration issues with internal and external users
- Document processes and create standard work to improve incident management.
- Identify data integrity issues within the system (incorrect parenting, mapping to incorrect supplier, etc.)
- Assist with the development of training material for end users of the Supplier Portal
- Assist with the facilitation of training presentations for internal and external personnel
- Assist in administration of Content Server application (document management and collaboration tool)
- Process Content Server account requests for UTAS employees and Suppliers
- Create new folders
- Assign permissions
- Manage accounts
- Provide first level support for Content Server users

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project and Visio is required
- Candidates MUST have strong customer service background and some technical background

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with data mapping/data de-duplication tools a plus
- Experience with SAP, Remedy, MS Access and SharePoint is a plus
- Experience in business systems and/or web application analysis with experience in an eCommerce, B2B, or E-procurement environment
