Polish Speaking Data Analyst

An excellent opportunity has become available with a leading digital commerce pay-for-performance company. They are currently involved with a Polish roll out and are looking for a dedicated Polish speaking Data Analyst to assist them with this.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with Sales and Client Services colleagues to negotiate their reporting and analysis objectives, requirements, and timelines.

2. Produce standard reports for clients and partner to support the sales process, manage ongoing campaigns, and expand existing relationships.

3. Design and execute custom analyses to create or improve product performance for strategic clients and partners.

4. Develop and institutionalize new analyses that provide business value to external clients, internal clients, and company leadership.

5. Assess, validate, and improve data quality and availability. Work with all technology teams to automate common analytics tasks and reports.

6. Participate in prioritization and project management, and communicate regular status updates to team and clients.

Position Requirements (knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform satisfactorily in the position):

. 2-5 years of experience in a quantitative or analytics role in support of internal or external clients
. Strong knowledge of retail market in Poland, including brand names, common abbreviations, and likely misspellings, equivalent to a multi-year resident of Poland
. Polish language skills a major plus
. Excellent independent problem-solving and client communication skills
. Experience extracting, cleaning, validating, manipulating, and analysing data
. Strong working knowledge of SQL and Excel
. Familiarity with statistical software (SAS and/or R preferred), Hadoop ecosystem, Linux, and/or Python preferred
. Degree in a quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, engineering, economics, quantitative social science)
