Polish Oracle Financials Conaultant

My Customer is urgently looking for an Oracle Financials consultant, for an EMEA Based project that will be located in Poland, they are looking for somebody that can speak the local language!
i. R12 Experience is mandatory with minimum 2-3 Implementations/Support in the local country with Localization knowledge
ii. Earlier worked in support engagement is a value add.
iii. Responsible for gap analysis of functional flows, provide solution design, perform POC's and demo for the Gaps solution from standard solution sets as well customized solutions.
iv. Good functional experience who can independently solution business requirements and recommend industry best practices.
v. Should be able to lead cross functional discussions to analyze the requirements and brainstorm the solutions.
vi. Must have experience in creating all the project deliverables like BR100, MD200s, CF250's.
vii. Must have very good oral and written communication skills in the local language. Bit of English is a value add
viii. Experience in Interface and Reports design
ix. Nice to have experience in these customization: Lot split, Doubtful scrap, WIP Material reservation.
