Position: Policy Trainer

Employer: Top Tier Financial Institution

Remuneration: £450-£550

6 month Contract

Purpose of the Role:

- To translate global line of business procedures into an effective training program where success is measured.
- To breakdown the global line of business procedures into impact by role, identifying impacted teams, aligning and tailoring the procedures into meaningful training modules.
- To ensure stakeholder and program team sign off of content.
- Develop a global training implementation plan, allowing for regional/country requirements.
- Design relevant training materials including Train the Trainer packs.
- Delivery of training modules as needed

Principle Accountabilities: Impact on the Business:

- To assess the policy and procedure training needs of Business, Customer Due Diligence teams.
- Work with the GS CMB Training Lead to create and deliver a Global Training Strategy
- Working with the central policy team to translate business procedures into a global training program
- Assist with localisation of training programs whilst ensuring alignment with central requirements
- Ensure there is a robust and globally workable support process
- Ensure programs designed include strategies into a Business As Usual training programs
- Create a training deployment plan and highlight resource requirements
- Ensure training delivered is aligned to program communication plans
- Deliver training as needed including Train the Trainer programs

Candidates must have at least 10 years experience developing policy and procedure driven training programs.

Excellent training skills and a pragmatic approach plus experience implementing the above within a top tier financial institution.
