Harvey Nash's Public Sector client has identified the requirement for a Policy Manager to join their Edinburgh based office. On a daily basis you will provide activity reporting and supervise others with purchase options within the Public Sector and associated bodies in Scotland.

Key responsibilities and skills:

* Proven track record of providing sound financial and statistical analysis
* Regular activity reporting on troublesome invoicing
* Resolve complex discrepancies with business areas
* Supervise upgrade and replacement of existing procurement services
* Manage a team of 9 staff to maximise outputs
* Develop a suite of reports to measure performance of existing services

Any knowledge of working with SG Purchase to Pay, EASEbuy (PECOS) or SEAS would be highly advantageous.
