Harvey Nash has an excellent opportunity for junior professionals or graduates fluent in German, French or Polish to join one of the leading global online advertising platform providers.
Location: Dublin
Term: 1 year
Salary: 22-27k plus excellent benefits package
The team of policy enforcers are looking for bright and highly driven individuals to join and support the efforts of maintaining one of the largest online communities.
The ideal candidate is highly interested in and has some prior experience in:
Video! OR Film! OR Digital content creation/production! OR Human rights! OR Law!
Or simply someone on the ball with current affairs and related hobbies/Social Media
You will be on the front-line in ensuring that every member of the community adheres to Policies and Terms of Use. You will play an important role in the success of follow through evaluating content escalated to the company by the user community and quickly analyse that content for potential abuse. In addition, you will be expected to perform other key Enforcement functions, from contributing to our spam fighting efforts to collaborating with other team members to drive step improvements in the team's processes and tools.

You will be working in a small thriving highly multicultural and driven team.
The Role:
As a member of the enforcement team you will:
- Review user-reported content and assess for policy compliance.
- Approve or disapprove accounts based on program criteria. Monitor major violators.
- Provide excellent customer service to community users.
Preferred qualifications:
- BA/BSc degree or equivalent with a strong academic record.
- Active user of Internet and online applications. Strong knowledge of current events.
- Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis. Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
