Policy and Patient Advocacy Manager

Our client is an expanding Pharmaceutical organisation that requires specialist interim resource as Policy and Patient Advocacy Manager for 6 month period.

Key responsibilities of the assignment include:

- Identifying opportunities and challenges for priority brands within Government & NHS policy
- Mapping, prioritisation and execution of an engagement plan with political, senior NHS, industry & patient advocacy groups, briefing the senior leadership team as appropriate
- Working with think tanks, industry groups and patient organisations to develop evidence & policy collateral in priority brands
- Coordinate development of the UK Policy and Patient Strategy for priority brands
- Working with existing partners to develop an existing strategy

This position will be primarily field-based, but with a need to visit the office regularly.

The ideal solution is to have an individual to work 5 days per week, but the client will consider a minimum of 3 days per week.

In an ideal world, we are looking for someone with both Government and Patient Advocacy experience. However, the client will consider bringing in two people on a part time basis, each of whom will take ownership for either the Government of PA side of the assignment. In either case, the client requires individuals with a commercial focus and the ability to work quickly and independently.
