Policy and Advisory Manager

My client, a global bank is looking for an experienced head of Policy and Advisory manager to be responsible for ensuring operational compliance with group AML/STF Policy standards.

They will be assisting the Head of AML to ensure processes are in line with Group Policy and providing guidance and support to CIB business on all aspects of these policies with the first line of defence.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and awareness of relevant AML/STF legislation and regulation with a strong clear track record of achievement and delivery in a similar environment within a major financial services organisation.

They must also have experience of AML/STF policy writing, advice and assurance as well as experience of leading a team of SMEs in all aspects of AML/STF compliance.
