This person must have an understanding of health and care services finance and will bring together analysts from NHS and Local Government.
The policy analyst can be graduate level with a couple of years' experience in health and/or social care. Ideally you will have expert knowledge of NHS and social care funding.
The right interim will be able to coordinate other organisations, know what questions to ask and draft a report to be presented to the Board which will set out proposals for a more detailed plan of work to be undertaken on behalf of the Board.
