HS2 Policy Advisor Support is required to work as part of a small team to produce a document that collates the evidence for HS2.

The following skills and experience are required:
*Experience of identifying and interpreting sometimes complex transport analysis reports quickly and effectively
*Proven experience of delivering in projects with multiple stakeholders
*Experience of developing effective working relationships across a range of stakeholders and across different organisations
*Experience of summarising and presenting complex evidence in an accessible way
*Proven experience of delivering effectively to challenging deadlines
*Experience of high speed rail or rail policy development would be highly desirable

Essential Skills/Knowledge:
*Ability to efficiently and effectively assess the relevance and importance of evidence
*Ability to manage their own work schedule
*Good drafting skills
*Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
*Highly proficient with Microsoft Word

Desirable Skills/Knowledge:
*Knowledge of classic and/or high speed rail policy development
*Highly proficient with PowerPoint
