Our Central Government client requires a Policy advisor to help to establish a cross-Government, cross sector body to drive a step change in cycling across England. The role will involve building strong links with TfL and understand the operations of TfL that have ensured a successful cycling framework and to determine how to roll that out more widely. You will also be involved in creating the necessary corporate, legal and funding regimes to ensure the smooth establishment of a "cycling body" and preparing for future funding options for cycling.

You will need to have the following knowledge and experience:
*Knowledge of cycling
*Knowledge of TfL
*An understanding of how English Local Government works
