My client is a highly dynamic and globally successful FInancial Services organisation. They currently have a temp role available in the Glasgow office:

Responsibilities:
Working with the Control Teams to establish and maintain "Best Practice", ensuring the Control Teams are compliant with the requirements of their legal documentation; Analyse and review SLA/KPIs to determine if they are appropriate for the functions being performed by TCS, suggest changes and amendments as appropriate; Working with Vendor Management to ensure that Monthly SLA/KPIs have been approved by the SOW owner, reviewing the monthly SOW Stakeholder Report, collating QVR feedback and scores; Facilitate interaction between TCS and Operations Control Teams, collating feedback for monthly SOW meeting, reviewing documentation, attending functional weekly/bi-weekly review meetings; Facilitate interaction between Glasgow Operations Control Teams, monthly forum to discuss issues and concerns, escalation point and discussion topics; Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with Operations Control Team, TCS and Vendor Management, becoming the central point of contact for guidance, issues, concerns and escalation; Responsible for updating monthly organisation charts, liaising with TCS to ensure the billable headcount is reconciled with Business Management, maintaining the Central Vendor Control SharePoint Site, providing updates within the weekly team meeting; Attend weekly transition calls with GWS and the ORC Transition Manager to review progress and open action points; Update and maintain the central ORC log with progress and produce the weekly pack to be delivered to ORC COO; Ensure that all relevant legal documentation is loaded to the Policy Portal following the completion of each ORC transition Key

Skills:
Strong communication skills, the ability to interact and influence effectively at all levels of the organization to present views and gain consensus amongst them. The ability to communicate technical matters in a concise manner; Robust analytical skills; Strong attention to detail and accuracy; The ability to multi-task and grasp new concepts quickly; Excellent prioritisation and time management skills; The ability to work independently and as part of a team; Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and Powerpoint is essential.
