Polaris Developer - 6 Months Contract

Applications are invited for Polaris developers (whether your development experience is limited and you were more on the testing side - or if you were more on the development side and you have limited testing - essentially the mix doesn't matter so much - they will suit the role to you and to what you want to learn as they can be flexible.  Join a team that have recently hired into the Polaris team because of experienced growth in project work that will span for the next 2 years.

Remit is the insurance space - overseas applications are welcome as the location of this role makes it easy to get to public transport wise.

You are joining a project with a team of 6 who are expert in the field. Good company to work for - people are the focus and they are good employers- you will have flexitime and be part of an integral team that get listened to in the business as you will be advising management.

You will have technical skills in developing and or building Polaris schemes or products. (Polaris ProductWriter, QTP/Use cases, RUP, IBM ReqPro, XML, SQL Server, Excel, Word, .Net. SAX interface using WebSphere MQ /Polaris Product writer, XML, EDI, WebSphere MQ, i-Series IS2000 and general Mainframe technology skills).

Polaris application experience and development with said application (doesn't matter what version)

Full Life Cycle Experience preferred
