Role title: PMO Work-stream Coordinator

Contract Length: 3 month contract - with the view to extend

Daily Rate: 400 Euros

Overview:

The Workstream Coordinator will support Regional & functional Workstream Leads in all aspects of project management. This includes project planning, resource management, risk & issue management, impact assessments, progress monitoring and management reporting.

The Workstream Coordinator will act as a reference point on all aspects of the delivery of the Regional or Functional deployment and will support both Central Team and Regional/Functional programme objectives.

Specification:

- To liaise with key stakeholders in the business, to ensure that the initiation, definition, planning, delivery and handover to operations of a workstream runs smoothly and in accordance with the Central Programme Team.
- Support the timely production of appropriate project documentation, including, Initiation documents, Definition Documents, Impact Assessments, Project Plans, Weekly/Monthly Reports and other supporting tasks.
- Support the timely preparation and presentation of appropriate reports to a variety of stakeholders including Regional/Functional and global Steering Groups, the Programme's PMO and other functions as directed.
- To work closely with colleagues within the Central Programme Team, Regional & Functional teams and connected projects to actively contribute to the delivery of the GQM IS Platform.
- Ability to lead and influence individuals and teams by example by demonstrating strong leadership ability, delivery skills and appropriate domain knowledge
- Responsibility for the effective co-ordination of business and project resources in key events such as Impact Assessments, Business Requirements and UAT events

Effective management of inbound and outbound dependencies and any arising risks and issues - Ability to working within a Programme Management Office (PMO) to ensure continuous alignment of project delivery to business priorities.
- Lead/Support the interpretation, clarification, translation and documenting of requirements from the business into formal Statements of Work including requirements, costs and timescales.
- To provide appropriate visibility to the Central Team and Regional/Functional Workstream Leaders on variance against project plans, progress, escalation of critical risks & issues and anything else that may give cause for concern.
- Expert level skills in the use of Microsoft Project, Visio and Office tools
- 5+ years experience supporting enterprise level programmes and projects
