PMO Workday Manager

PMO to support a global Integration, the successful PMO consultant will be require to support and Lead a PMO/Workday hub - working with project teams in the deployment countries included in the remit to achieve a successful deployment, Carrying out detailed project planning & defining detailed scope within the context of the overall programme plan and blueprint.

You will also assist in supporting the wider Workday environment as required. You will liaise with Technical functional, business, vendor and infrastructure resources as required to achieve these tasks.

Required Skills:

- Strong functional knowledge with good understanding of core HR processes
- Workday HCM and payroll functionality,
- Resource planning
- Risk assessments
- Day to day operation of key project control processes
- Maintaining quality of deliverables and their documentation
- Managing the programme governance processes
- Communications in conjunction with other Team Leads
- Continuous PMO service improvement measurement, planning and execution
- Mentoring and coaching junior PMO staff
