PMO with IFRS Experience (m/f)

Scope:

- Support all necessary activities related to managing, steering and monitoring the S15 project through Wave 1 and Wave 2
- Frequent organisation and moderation of project status meetings
- Scheduling of steering committees in alignment with senior managers and their assistants
- Bi-weekly organisation of all hands meetings including proposals on topics and agenda
- User access management to enable all project staff access to relevant resources
- On boarding of new project colleagues through creating a dedicated project briefing pack with all necessary info's to ensure a sufficient project start
- Assisting the project management in budget control and project planning
- Obtain monthly performance/activity confirmation from external contractors and prepare for sign-off with project manager
- Coordinate and align local activities with central PMO
- Project administrative activities (incl. creation and maintenance of distribution lists, vacation list etc.) and project resource management, ensuring that all relevant resources are available to project members to ensure project success (ie laptops, access cards, printers, project facilities, meeting rooms etc.)

Skill set:

- Excellent organisational skills and ability to coordinate schedules of multiple senior stakeholders
- Very good communication on different levels of an organisation, both verbally and in written German and English
- Previous experience as a Project Management Officer in significant implementation projects
- Deep understanding and knowledge of the EVO methodology (advantageous)
- Profound expert knowledge of financial accounting and in particular IFRS15 and IFRS16 and the specifics of IFRS in the mobile telecommunication industry
- Deep knowledge and experience in SAP ERP systems
- In-depth understanding of ERP template projects and experience in managing multinational system integrator teams
